Why Embry-Riddle is the Best Choice for Your Engineering Education

RoboticsThe College of Engineering in Prescott is dedicated to undergraduate education. In fact, our Engineering Degree Program has no graduate students. That means all faculty attention is on you, the undergraduate student.

Our faculty care about your success. In fact, faculty members actively seek out students who need extra attention. You will get answers to your questions.

Most importantly, the faculty take the time to work with students one-on-one as well as in groups to ensure everyone understands the subject matter.

You'll acquire a solid foundation in engineering fundamentals along with the specialized knowledge and skills needed to pursue the engineering career you choose.

Our approach to engineering education is not to just stuff your head full of knowledge, but to awaken your creative abilities and your imagination. It is our goal to give you the confidence to handle any situation/task you are faced with. We nurture your ability to learn on your own and help you realize that lifelong learning is essential to your future.

Each student is exposed to hands-on design projects every semester, which will culminate in a two-semester design project (aircraft, spacecraft, propulsion, robotics, computer, or electrical). The particulars of this design project will depend on your preferences but our state-of-the-art facilities and equipment are at your disposal.

Our goal is to make you a productive engineer right from the start. Our hands-on approach exposes you to practical engineering as well as theoretical analysis.

When you graduate you'll be well-prepared for a career or graduate school. Top employers and fine graduate schools pursue our graduates.

Choosing a university is a difficult decision. It's up to you. We believe Embry-Riddle, Prescott offers the best undergraduate engineering education in the world. We hope to see you here.
