Clery Crime Report for Prescott CampusDisclosure Statement: The University Safety Department is required each year to prepare a crime report that list statistical information relating to crime on campus. The US Department of Education and the Clery Disclosure Act requires this information to be published by Oct 1 of year for review by the public and campus community. The University will be happy to provide you with a printed copy of this crime information. Currently copies of the report are located and the Admissions Office, Dean of Students Office, the Safety Department, and posted on the Safety Department website. See the Crime Statistics Table Timely Warning policy: The Clery Disclosure Act requires a timely warning policy. The purpose is to notify the campus community in a timely manner when a possible threat may exist on University property. The Safety Department will determine if the issue at hand requires a timely warning and then be responsible for the notification. Notification can be accomplished by an all campus e-mail, through the school newspaper or through posted notices campus-wide. The following is a partial list of special services offered by the Safety Dept.:
MOTOR VEHICLES AND BICYCLE ACCIDENTS - Safety must be notified regarding all motor vehicle accidents resulting in personal injury or property damage in excess of $500. Also, Safety must be notified of all bicycle accidents causing personal injury. --Harry G. Boden |
