Embry-Riddle Observatory

The observatory will help prepare ERAU undergraduate students in the use of astronomical telescopes for the collection and analysis of astronomical data, for publication in professional peer reviewed research journals, thereby contributing to the body of scientific knowledge, and partially fulfilling the requirements for a Bachelors of Science degree in Space Physics. Additionally, it provides a vehicle for faculty professional development, and a means for effective public education and outreach within the local community.
