Wellness CenterServices for StudentsThese are the services available to the students at the Prescott Campus.
PhysicalsPhysical evaluations are performed at a minimal basis. Minor SurgeriesSome minor surgeries are performed on campus such as mole removals, ingrown toenail removal. Diet CounselingHealth Services offers healthy eating habit tips for students and ROTC students. STD TestingAppointments can be made to receive the following STD testing on campus:
CPR & First Aid ClassesHealth Services offers CPR/First Aid classes for students staff and faculty free of charge. When these classes are concluded the participant will recieve CPR/AED/First Aid Certification through American Heart Association. Medical Flight GroundingsFlight students can be medically grounded by Health Services. Students must call or come into the office 30 minutes prior to the scheduled activity for an excusal. If the office is closed, a message can be left on the voice mail by calling (928) 777-6653 and following the instructions. Students will not be scheduled for flight activities during the time of illness or injury. Once recovered the student must come into the office and sign in to be ungrounded and be able to resume flight activities. FAA Medicals: Flight Students must have 2nd class medical.
