EAGLE Card
How To Get an EAGLE Card
New Students
New students will receive their first EAGLE Card during orientation. Upon arrival to campus you will be given a packet of information which will tell you when and where to get your card. If you need additional information please call the EAGLE Card Office at 928-777-3900.
Current Students
In the event that your EAGLE Card is lost, stolen, or damaged it can be replaced at the EAGLE Card Office. Please go to the lost/stolen page for more information.
Employees
Employees may obtain their EAGLE Card through the EAGLE Card Office. However, before a new EAGLE Card can be issued, the employee must ensure that the Human Resources department has appropriate documentation to verify employment.
Vendors and Visitors
The University Department responsible must send a representative to accompany the person to the EAGLE Card center.
Alumni
Alumni who wish to get an EAGLE Card must first visit the Bursar's Office and pay a $5.00 charge. Please bring the receipt to the EAGLE Card Office to receive your card.
