How do I get my balance?
Ask for your receipt when you make a purchase at any location. Your EAGLE Dollars
balance is on your receipt.
Can I get a statement of transactions?
Yes. Statements may be obtained at either the EAGLE Card Office or the
Dining Services Office.
Why should I use the debit accounts?
It's the easiest, safest, and most convenient way to pay for flight activities,
vending products, books, copies and laundry machines.
What should I do if my card does not work?
If for any reason your card does not work, bring it to the EAGLE Card Center
so we can evaluate the problem and fix it.
Can I use any other account at the vending machines?
No. Only EAGLE Dollars can be used at the vending machines.
Where can I get the balances on my accounts?
Your balance can be obtained at any attended reader,
Chartwells, the mailroom, the copy center, the Bursar's Office,
the "Eagle Card" Tab in Blackboard (Login to ERNIE first), or the EAGLE Card Office.
If the system is off-line where can I use my card?
When the system is off-line, you can use EAGLE Dollars at Chartwells, the mailroom, and the copy center. Only the vending machines will not accept
the card when the system is off-line.
How did my account get a negative balance?
When the system is off-line, EAGLE Card transactions for any account are
stored in the reader and then downloaded when the system goes back on-line.
If you did not have enough money in the account, the balance will go into
the negative. Please remember that you are still responsible
for payment on all purchases made.
Did the vending machine take out the wrong amount for my purchase?
No - the price you first see after you swipe your card is the highest
priced item in the machine. The system checks to see if you have at
least that amount of money on your EAGLE Dollars account. Once you select
your product the system deducts only the cost of the item purchased.
