Graduate Application Requirements
United States Citizens and Permanent
Residents:
Admission is open to all qualified applicants, without regard
to race, gender, creed, color, national origin, age, handicap, or religion. Embry-Riddle is authorized under federal laws to enroll nonimmigrant
alien students.
Deadlines for Application:
We recommend that you apply early for admission
to Embry-Riddle. U.S. residents must apply 60 days prior to
semester start. International students must apply 90 days
prior to semester start. The application and all required
items should be sent to:

You will need to complete and send:
- A graduate admissions application form along with a $50
application fee. A form will be sent to you upon request. Or, you can
apply and pay
your application fee online. (We cannot process your application or make a decision
regarding your admission until we receive your application fee.)
- Your official transcripts sent directly from the college
or university that awarded your bachelor’s degree.
- Official transcripts of undergraduate courses that are
prerequisites for graduate courses.
- Official transcripts of any graduate courses attempted.
- To transfer graduate credits, submit catalog(s) from the
institution(s) where the credits were earned. Mark to indicate the courses
and course descriptions you are submitting to Embry-Riddle for review.
- Three recommendations, two from professors and one from
a work supervisor.
- Permanent residents of the United States must submit a
copy of both sides of your Alien Registration Card.
- Upon Acceptance:
A $150 tuition deposit is due.
International Applicants:
If you are a nonresident, nonimmigrant student entering the United States
on F-1 or J-1 Student Visa, please go to the International Students Admissions site for all the information you need.
