Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University Study Abroad Programs
International Exchange Programs
Program Overview
As the U.S. economy becomes more and more international, the need increases for well-trained engineers, scientists, and business executives to cooperate with their overseas counterparts. Through the exchange program offered, Embry-Riddle students have the opportunity to develop their foreign language abilities, cross-cultural skills, and international experience to meet this demand. By working through such organizations as the Global Engineering Education Exchange, Embry-Riddle continues to search for the best schools around the world with which to set up exchange programs. Certain programs of study allow students to work toward additional certificates and diplomas.
Courses and Acacemics
Students are expected to fulfill the course requirements of their study abroad program during the time they spend abroad. In doing so, they maintain their full-time status as students at Embry-Riddle and are eligible for the same financial aid available when staying on campus and may qualify for one or more grants, scholarships, and other special programs to help them fund their studies.
