Engineering Technology DepartmentWe aspire to maintain our reputation as an international center of excellence for professional aviation technicians. Our programs will produce technicians fully prepared for the technical and intellectual challenges of 21st century aircraft, avionics, and electronics. As educators, we will help our students learn to make sound academic and career choices. To meet the needs of professional aviation organizations, we will stress by precept and example the development of personal qualities such as maturity, motivation, leadership, dependability, trustworthiness, and cooperativeness. As scholars, we will conduct theoretical and practical research designed to advance the art and science of the aviation techician.
