Overview
ERAU - Worldwide International maintains staff at Education Centers throughout Europe and the Middle East, headed by a Director of Academic Support and staff members, who are responsible for all administrative matters and, a Director of Academics responsible for the academic schedule and all faculty matters. Complete information is available to all students at these locations or at our website: www.erau.edu/eu, and each location home-page posts a 12-month class schedule including term, date, classroom, course title, and instructor, and thirty days prior to the start of each term the course syllabus is also posted.
Distance education by way of Internet delivery is ideal for the student who, owing to work demands, remote or temporary duty assignments, military exercises, or for personal reasons, is unable to attend regularly scheduled college classes. Printed materials accompanying this delivery method typically include a course syllabus, textbook and related materials. These courses are ideal for those students at remote sites who can only attend a downlink classroom, and therefore provides learning opportunities which otherwise would not be available. All academic services available on the Daytona Beach campus are available to ERAU students residing overseas. These include academic counseling, career placement assistance, various forms of financial aid, and all the resources and services offered by the Jack Hunt Memorial Library.
ERAU - Worldwide International has been providing educational opportunities to members of the United States military community and their families throughout Europe and the Middle East since 1969. Now, as always, it remains committed to providing high quality, innovative programs to meet the higher education needs of these individuals. Consult your local Director of Academic Support for more information about enrollment, entry requirements and the many services offered by the European Region, at each of our more than 20 teaching locations or at our International Regional Office.
