Embry-Riddle Louisville Center Adds New Management Degree Program

Daytona Beach, Fla., Aug. 26, 2005 -- Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University has launched a Master of Science in Management (MSM) degree program in Louisville, Ky. The Master of Science in Management targets graduate students who are looking for a focused management degree with a more operational approach than a traditional MBA.

The MSM program is composed of a strong management core and the opportunity for several areas of concentration or specialization, including Air Transportation Management, Integrated Logistics, Aviation/Aerospace Industrial Management, Aviation Enterprises in the Global Environment, and General Management.

All MSM students gain quantitative analytic skills, a familiarity with formulating and managing budgets, knowledge of ethical and regulatory requirements, an understanding of organizational structure, and a grasp of the theory and practice of good communication skills.
