Federal Programs

There are several federal programs available for U.S. citizens or permanent residents who are enrolled at least half-time in a degree program, making satisfactory academic progress, and not in default or owing a return repayment on a grant or loan.

The following Federal programs are available to eligible Embry-Riddle students:

Federal Pell Grant
Federal Supplemental Educational Opportunity Grant (FSEOG)
Federal Academic Competitiveness Grant (ACG)
National Science and Mathematics Access to Retain Talent Grant (SMART)
Federal Stafford Loan Program (subsidized and unsubsidized)
Federal Perkins Loan
Federal Parent Loan for Undergraduate Students (PLUS)
Federal Graduate PLUS Loan
Federal Work Study
Federal Veterans Educational Benefits
