Advisor Hold Release
You will need your PIN.
Please login to ERNIE, click on Blackboard Home link, then
click on the "Online
Services" tab to
access this service.
Change Pin
This lets you change your 4-digit PIN code that authorizes
ERNIE/Blackboard services. This PIN also allows you
to gain access to your personal information stored in the
University Student Information System. Logon to ERNIE,
click on Blackboard Home link, then
click on the "Online Services" tab to
access this service.
Class Rosters
This lets you see the people enrolled in the courses. You
will need your PIN. After logging on ERNIE, click on Blackboard
Home link, then click on the "Online Services" tab to
access this service.
Course Room Assignment
You will need your PIN. After logging onto ERNIE, click
on Blackboard Home link, then click on the "Online Services" tab to
access this service.

Drivers Database
To access, log onto ERNIE, click
on Blackboard Home link, then follow these steps:
- Click on the tab "Communities"
- In the "Organizations List" select either "Staff
Your Campus" or "Faculty Your Campus"
( either Daytona Beach or Prescott), this will
take you to a page with a set of links on the left: choose "External
Links".
- In the "External Links" list select "Driver
Database "
You will need your username and password to access.
Electronic Bulletin
Boards
To access, logon to ERNIE, click
on Blackboard Home link, and follow these steps:
- Click on the tab "Communities"
- In the "Organizations List" select "Your
Campus" (either Daytona Beach or Prescott),
this will take you to a page with a set of links on the left:
choose "External Links".
- In the "External Links" list select "Bulletin
Boards"
Feedback
This lets you inform us about any difficulty that you
may experience while using our services. After logging on
ERNIE, click on Blackboard Home link, then click on the "Online
Services" tab to
access this service.
Flight Schedule
This lets you check any flight schedule that you may
have. Please logon to ERNIE to
proceed.
Human Resources
To access, logon to ERNIE and follow these steps:
- From the left-hand menu choose University Services
- From the slide-out menu click on Human Resources
to reach the HR site

Risk Management
This site lets you report accidents and find information
on work-related issues. To access, log on to ERNIE and
follow these steps:
- From the left menu, mouse over Campus
Services link and click
on your campus
- You'll get a page of links. Near the bottom under faculty links
click on Risk Management
Resource Scheduler
This lets you find the resources and rooms available
on the campuses and reserve for meetings, etc. To access,
log on to ERNIE and follow these steps:
- On the left menu, mouse over University Services
- From the slide-out menu, mouse over Information Technology
- From the InfoTech menu click on Services
- From the Services page, click on the ERAUrooms link
Web Mail
Web mail provides access to your university
e-mail account when you're not at your university
(office) computer. Please logon to ERNIE and click on the
mailbox icon (Web Access).
