A signed request for an academic transcript, accompanied by a fee, may be submitted by the student to Worldwide, Office of Enrollment Management, the campus location  where you are attending, or the Worldwide Online Office-(AERO) . Transcripts will not be released to students who have failed to meet their financial obligations to the University. The transcript fee is $5.00 for each transcript.  For additional information please contact us (toll free) at 1-866-393-9046, or via E-mail: ecregist@erau.edu.

    Please include the follow information with your request:
   (No form is necessary however, you may access a form at http://www.erau.edu/ec/wwc/pdf/1624.pdf .)

• Student ID Number (ERAU ID# or Last 4 digits of your Social Security number)  
• Location Attended
• Your complete address and telephone number
• Your signature (mandatory is requested by Mail or Fax)
• Complete address for transcript destination(s)
• Name change documentation, if your name has changed since your last attendance. 

  You may obtain an official academic transcript by the following methods:

  Method 1)  Online:
  Students may order and pay for a transcripts online through ERAU student portal services (ERAU Online/ERNIE-Blackboard) at http://erau.blackboard.com/, using your ERAU Online/ERNIE-Blackboard account username and password. Once logged into ERAU Online/ERNIE-Blackboard you may access the Online Transcript Request form under the "ERAU Enrollment Management" heading. If you do not have an ERAU online/Blackboard account, you may submit your transcript request via the US Postal Services or fax (as indicated below), and pay on line.  ( Choose Worldwide Transcript Fee )  If you are paying by credit card please have your CVV number, located on the back of the credit card, available to enter to assure payment processing through the web.
  
  In order to set up a Blackboard account you will need your Colleague Student ID# and PIN. If you do not have a ID and PIN, this information can be mailed to you. Please contact our office (toll free) at 866-393-9046 to request your Colleague number and PIN be sent. We will not issue PINs by email.
  
  Method 2)  US Postal Service: If requesting by mail, please send your request to:

  Method 3) Express Mail:

  Express Mail: You may send your request via express mail and you may include the additional express mail fee of $15.00 to return your transcript by express mail. Or, you may fax your request then contact our office (toll free) at 866-393-9046 to pay the Fedx charges ($15.00) and the transcript fee (5.00) by credit card or pay on line.  If you are paying by credit card please have your CVV number, located on the back of the credit card, available to enter to assure payment processing through the web. 

  Method 4) Fax:

  Fax: You may fax your request to (386) 226-6984. Faxing a transcript request will reduce mail time. Cost of an official transcript is $5.00/ea. If faxing your request, you may follow-up with the fee by mail to the above address or pay on line. If payment is sent by mail please indicate that you are sending the transcript fee only to avoid duplicate processing of your transcript request.   If you are paying by credit card please have your CVV number, located on the back of the credit card, available to enter to assure payment processing through the web.
