Methods of payment: (All Worldwide locations)
The University accepts cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and personal checks. Payments may be made on the Web, at all Worldwide United States and International locations, and Worldwide Online Advising Enrollment and Recruitment Office (AERO). If payment is being made by credit card please have your CVV number, located on the back of the credit card, available to enter to assure payment processing through the web. |

General Student Services:
Current and accepted students may also pay student bills on line such as tuition, portfolio assessment, graduation, and other services through ERAU Online (Blackboard/ERNIE). Please contact the Worldwide campus location where you attend or Worldwide Online (AERO) for details. |

Transcript Requests: (Mail/Fax) :
Alumni or current ERAU Worldwide students may request an official ERAU transcript by downloading the Transcript Request Form, sign and submit by mail with payment, -or- fax the signed request to (386) 226-6984 and pay on line here and apply payment to "Transcript Fee." |

| Transcript Requests: (Online) Current students may also request and pay for transcripts online, using their Colleague ID and PIN through ERAU Online (Blackboard/ERNIE) portal services. Please contact your campus location where you attend or Worldwide Online for details on acquiring your Blackboard Login information, Colleague ID, and PIN information. Deferred Tuition Payments:
Those students using Veteran's Education Benefits who wish to defer payment on a portion of their tuition may request to pay only one third at the time of registration. The remaining balance of two thirds is due by the end of the term. A deferred loan agreement must be signed by the student. This procedure assures the student that the University will await payment until the student receives the DVA benefit or the end of the term, whichever comes first. Payment for the cost of books, course materials, and shipping fees may not be deferred. Students are encouraged to contact the Worldwide campus location where you attend or Worldwide Online (AERO) for details regarding costs and payments. |
