Admission

• Applicants may apply for admission using the Online Admissions Application.

• Applicants may apply for admission by downloading the Admissions Application form in PDF format and mail to the Worldwide campus location you are attending or Worldwide Online.  To download this form you must have an Adobe Acrobat Reader.  See icon below to download this program.

• Transcript Request for Admission (If attending through the Worldwide-Online) 

• Proctor Form (If enrolling in online courses through one of the Worldwide campus locations or Worldwide-Online)

• Affidavit of Authenticity Form (If enrolling in online courses through  the  Worldwide-Online)

ERAU Official Academic Transcript Requests:

Sign and submit by mail with payment

fax the signed request to (386) 226-6984 pay on line here and apply payment by selecting "Worldwide Campus" Transcript Fee"

If payment is being made by credit card please have your CVV number, located on the back of the credit card, available to enter to assure payment processing through the web.

Current students may also request and pay for transcripts online: 

Using their Collegue ID and PIN through ERAU Online (Blackboard/ERNIE) portal services.
