Russell Defusco is Vice President and Consultant for Bird Aircraft Strike Hazards Inc., a firm that provides environmental, and wildlife management consulting services.

Archie Dickey is the principal investigator for the Wildlife Mitigation Website, an FAA-contracted tool that allows personnel at airports around the country to file online reports of wildlife strikes that occur at their facilities. Dickey is also an Embry-Riddle associate professor.

Richard Dolbeer is the National Coordinator for the U.S. Department of Agriculture program to reduce wildlife hazards to aviation. Dolbeer was the 2005 winner of the U.S. Federal Aviation Administration Excellence in Aviation Research Award.

Paul Eschenfelder has been an aviation safety advocate for more than three decades. He has participated in FAA rule writing, NTSB safety recommendation writing, and International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) Standards and Recommended Practices (SARPS) development.
