 1)  How long does the program take to complete?


Program completion time varies depending on the amount of time participants have available to dedicate to the program. Each of the 23 courses in the program is offered a minimum of two times per calendar year. Therefore, it is possible to complete the program within one year. The program is designed for flexibility so that participants may work through the courses at a pace that suits their needs.

 2)  How much does the program cost to complete?


The entire program costs $10,720.00 to complete. Participants may pre-pay for the entire program upon registration and receive a 10% discount, or pay for each individual course upon registration.

 3)  Is there financial assistance available?


Embry-Riddle does not provide financial assistance for CAMC or any of its other professional education programs. Many government, private and corporate employers offer tuition assistance and reimbursement programs - check with them to find out if participation in the CAMC program is covered.

 4)  Do the courses have established pre-requisites, or can they be taken in any order?


There are no pre-requisites in the CAMC program. Courses may be taken in any order.

 5)  Am I allowed to take one module or course, or must the entire program be completed?


Participants must complete all 23 courses in the program to receive a certificate of completion from Embry-Riddle. However, those seeking to increase knowledge of a particular area within corporate aviation may take as few or as many courses as desired.

 6)  What is the relationship between Embry-Riddle's CAMC program and NBAA's Certified Aviation Manager (CAM) program?


Embry-Riddle's CAMC program serves as preparation for those interested in taking the NBAA's CAM exam. Those who choose to pursue CAM certification through the NBAA must be able to demonstrate mastery of the subject areas covered within the exam. The CAMC courses provide a thorough overview of these subject areas. Please contact the NBAA for further details regarding the CAM exam.
