Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University Worldwide Online is an integral part of the Worldwide Campus. Online learning provides an opportunity for students whose schedules or geographic location would otherwise prevent them from having the ability to pursue a higher education degree in aviation/ aerospace and related fields.
Online learning eliminates a major barrier that keeps many adults from advancing their education - fitting campus-based classes into their busy schedules. Online learning provides convenience and flexibility. Faculty members assigned to Web-based classes are as accessible and supportive as they are in the classroom, and distance learners develop a strong sense of community and camaraderie through online support groups, e-mail discussion forums, an online help desk and an academic support system. |

 Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University’s Center for Professional Education (CPE), provides professional certification experience to the aviation, space and aerospace world.
The Center for Professional Education puts emphasis on professional experience, knowledge, and the understanding of current information and issues. Criteria for entrance into the programs, usually depends only on your motivation to increase your knowledge and ability to pay. Our programs are easily approved and compensated by corporations to meet their professional development and training requirements for their employees.
CPE provides programs and services tailored to customer needs and delivered anywhere in the U.S. and the world. These programs are non-degree, and do not offer college credit. Certificates and /or continuing education units are provided where appropriate.
Selection of faculty is based on academic credentials and professional experience. Emphasis is given to aviation relevance and knowledge and understanding of current information and issues.
Courses are scheduled to accommodate the needs of adult students, most of who participate on a part-time basis. The length, starting and ending dates of terms vary by location. |
