Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University Names New Director of Academic Support for Seattle Campus

Daytona Beach, Fla., May 31, 2007 – Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University - Worldwide announced the appointment of Daniel Hammes as director of academic support for the Seattle Campus in Washington. As director, Hammes will oversee the Worldwide Campus operations in Seattle as part of Team Puget Sound in the Western Region.

Hammes brings more than 15 years of experience in education and management to the Seattle Campus. For the past seven years, he served as an academic advisor and recruiter for City University of Seattle (CU), with 10 years as a teaching faculty member in the CU School of Management and in management positions throughout the Puget Sound region.

He pursued his first two master’s degrees and served on various non-profit boards while working full-time in management. Hammes holds master’s degrees in business administration, managerial leadership, and organizational management, with a Bachelor of Science degree in theology.
