WHAT : Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University 's Extended Campus celebrated the relocation of the Ft. Lauderdale Center .

WHO: Embry-Riddle Extended Campus management staff, the Ft. Lauderdale Center staff and the well known “Miss Ta Fire” jet dragster (sponsored by Embry-Riddle) and crew were present. “Miss Ta Fire” will be on static display for all to view.
WHY: This latest Extended Campus expansion will serve the needs of the Ft. Lauderdale area aviation/aerospace workforce.
DESCRIPTION: The Ft. Lauderdale Center offers Associate and Bachelor of Science degrees in Professional Aeronautics, Technical Management, Aviation Maintenance Management and Aircraft Maintenance. Graduate degree offerings include a Master of Aeronautical Science, a Master of Science in Management and a Master of Science in Technical Management. To accommodate working adults, course schedules are flexible with most classes meeting just one night per week. The faculty consists of industry professionals who specialize in teaching adults. The Center is approved for veteran educational benefits and, for those who qualify, financial aid is available.
