Sailors in the Navy College Program Distance Learning Partnership may apply for admission in two ways: 1. Apply online via our secure server (see this page for more information about what's required) or 2. print and complete the Worldwide Application for Admission. This form is in PDF format and must be printed using the free to download Adobe Acrobat Plug-in and filled out manually.
