Worldwide Online Course Schedules

At the Undergraduate level, online courses are 12 weeks in length. Worldwide Online offers undergraduate courses commencing on the 15th day of every month, except March and December. Course enrollment must be completed by midnight on the 1st day of the commencement month.

At the Graduate level, term lengths vary. Worldwide Online offers graduate courses in 5, 9, 12 and 15 week terms. (The courses offered in the 5 week format are one credit Business Foundation courses.) Graduate students are strongly encouraged to plan their courses in advance to ensure completing their degree or certificate within seven years.

The 5, 12, and 15 week terms commence on the 7th day of every other month, beginning in January. The registration deadline for those graduate courses is midnight on the 22nd of the month prior to the start of the term.

The Graduate ASCI course conversion from 15 week to 12 week terms is in progress. An asterisk (*), in front of the alphanumeric course code indicates courses in the 12 week format. All MGMT courses are converted. Detailed information for term lengths is located on the graduate Master Course Schedule webpage.

As of January 2009, graduate students will see some courses with 9 week term lengths and offerings 5 terms a year. The start dates for these terms will vary. A double asterisk (**) in front of the alphanumeric course code indicates courses converted to the 9 week format.
