Space Coast Campus

The Space Coast Campus, established in 1982, is located at Patrick Air Force Base on Florida's eastern central coast.   Our regular terms are nine weeks long with classes meeting once per week during the evenings.  We have five terms per year and are on an accellerated schedule convenient for working adults.  We also hold on-line classes with different terms.  Students can utilize either or both methods to get the courses they want when they need them.  We accept transfer credit from regionally accredited colleges.  Our bachelor degree programs build upon community college two year programs and our graduate degrees generally contain only twelve classes.  Please see our Program page for further details.

We are set in Brevard County, the second longest county in Florida, with over 72 miles of beautiful beaches. Our year round semi-tropical climate allows participation in many outdoor recreational activities such as golfing, snorkeling, swimming, boating, fishing and camping. We have a wide varity of attractions such as the Kennedy Space Center Complex. It provides an exhilarating and educational experience of the space program. This popular attraction features the Astronaut Hall of Fame and the three IMAX films. If you are visiting during a shuttle flight, take advantage of viewing a launch. Other attractions are the Brevard Zoo, Ron Jon Surf Shop and Port Canaveral, which is the second busiest cruise port in the nation.

Brevard County is also the home of many large corporations and a center for the space and technology industries.
