Project Management

Rapidly changing technology and requirements for new and improved goods and services have created a high demand for project managers who deliver on-time and on-budget.  Complex work must be accomplished quickly and efficiently, and Project Management is the powerful tool that makes it happen. Those who possess a through knowledge of the art and science of project management are in demand throughout all organizations, including government, industry, financial services, and the not-for-profit sector.  This program of study provides both practicing project managers and those aspiring to manage or oversee projects the solid foundation on which to build project management success. This program, developed by experienced project managers holding the PMP designation, will greatly assist those who may desire to take the Project Management Profession (PMP)  examination.
