Airport Planning Design and Development

The combination of being the world's leader in aviation and the need for highly qualified, trained and academically educated airport planners and designers, the Airport Planning Design and Development certificate combines operations and management to excel in becoming an airport planner/designer or for those airport planners/designers who wish to complement their practical experience in the field. This certificate also provides the specialty portion for those pursuing a graduate program of study. Subject areas include airport management, air carrier operations, labor issues, transportation security, and airport safety. The advanced curriculum provides six courses; however, offers the flexibility of substitution of two courses to provide an individual focus for the student.
