The safety professional brings technical knowledge, skill, and expertise along with management abilities developed through education and practical experience to protect the The objectives of the Occupational Safety and Health Certificate program are to provide degree and non-degree seeking students an opportunity to complement their practical experience in the field of Occupational Safety and Health with a thorough study of the theories and concepts in the discipline. The University has approved a Certificate of Completion in Occupational Safety and Health for those students who complete a specified series of Occupational Safety and Health courses with a cumulative GPA of 2.8.
