Graduate Management

Your next logical career move is to break into management. You know your trade, but you’re not sure you have the skills needed to oversee daily operations, manage employees, solve problems, and direct projects.

Or, perhaps you are already a manager but seek to enhance your skills to secure a promotion and increase your earning potential.

Embry-Riddle Worldwide offers an M.S. in Management degree program that integrates both theoretical and practical knowledge so that you can rise up above the rank-and-file or move farther up the management ranks in your industry.

Courses are taught in a practical, hands-on manner with research opportunities in each class. Students who are currently in the workforce can "Learn it in class tonight. Apply it tomorrow."

Take advantage of the many networking opportunities within each course and absorb all you can from our faculty who are experts in their field.

Many faculty members continue to be active in the workforce and bring firsthand experience to each class.

The M.S. in Management program is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Business Schools Programs (ACBSP), so you can be assured that the curriculum aligns with stringent industry demands.

And with our online educational opportunities and 150-plus Worldwide locations, students have the flexibility to learn at a campus near them or even in their own home.

The Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), the professional body for the field of HR, has acknowledged that ERAU-W's MSM program with specialization in HR fully aligns with SHRM's HR Curriculum Guidebook and Templates. Throughout the world, 363 programs in 266 educational institutions have been acknowledged by SHRM as being in alignment with its suggested guides and templates. The HR Curriculum Guidebook and Templates were developed by SHRM to define the minimum HR content areas that should be studied by HR students at the undergraduate and graduate levels. The guidelines — created in 2006 and revalidated in 2010 and 2013 — are part of SHRM's Academic Initiative to define HR education standards taught in university business schools and help universities develop degree programs that follow these standards.
