**Hate Crimes are those crimes, from the above listed offenses, that manifest evidence of prejudice, and any other crime involving bodily injury, reported to local police agencies or to campus security, in which the victim was intentionally selected based on victim's actual or perceived Race, Religion, Sexual Orientation, Ethnicity, Gender, or Disability.
