Additional Tips

Instructions: for using web based registration may be found in the Schedule of Courses Book, printed each semester.

Pre Requisites: students who receive transfer credit may experience problems registering for courses with established pre-requisites. Web based registration does not recognize the transfer credit as meeting the course requirements.

Faculty and Staff: Register in the Records and Registration office on the first day of class.

Course Selection: In the column labeled "course number," choose the subject from the drop down menu. Then, enter the course number without the subject in the column labeled "course number." In the next column, enter the section number.

Sections: When entering section numbers, the campus code must follow the section number. (i.e. 01DB)

Warning or Probation: Must also meet with their advisor and are required to register in Records and Registration.

There are restrictions affecting accessibility and course selection via Web Advisor, so it is recommended that students carefully read the policy page when entering the Web Advisor module via ERNIE.
