Daytona Beach Records and Registration

Unofficial Transcripts

Unofficial Transcripts are available from the Records and Registration Office. Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974 (FERPA) regulations require a written request with the student’s valid signature or online PIN authentication to release an unofficial transcript.

  • Current Students can print Unofficial Transcripts through ERNIE using their PIN.
  • Former students who attended after June 1994 and do not have an ERNIE account can be reconnected with their Student ID and PIN by contacting IT Support at 386-226-6990.
    • Once a former student who attended after 1994 has their Student ID and PIN they can access Unofficial Transcripts through Online Services
  • Former students who attended prior to June 1994 will need to submit a request for an Unofficial Transcript to the Records and Registration Office. Unofficial transcripts can be mailed or faxed; there is no charge for this service.

All financial obligations to the University must be paid before unofficial transcripts are released.
