Daytona Beach Records and Registration

Unofficial Transcripts

Because of confidentiality concerns, current Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974 (FERPA) regulations require a written request with the student’s valid signature for the release of a transcript. Unofficial transcript request forms may be obtained in the Office of Records and Registration, at the self-help counter across from the service window, or on the Web. Each official transcript carries a $5 fee, which may be paid for by mail with check, cash or money order, in the office with Eagle Dollars, or online.

Upon receipt of completed request forms, transcripts are  normally mailed within 3-5 business days. All transcript requests MUST be  cleared through the Bursar's Office (Student Accounting). ALL financial  obligations to the University must be paid before the transcript is  mailed. For more information, you may contact the Bursar Department at 386-226-6285. You may also check your account balance  on-line. TRANSCRIPTS WILL NOT BE PROVIDED FOR ANY  STUDENT WHOSE FINANCIAL OBLIGATIONS TO THE UNIVERSITY HAVE NOT BEEN MET.  The Office of Records and Registration makes every effort to speed these  important documents to your intended recipients. Due to peak times at the  beginning of each term/semester, requests may be delayed. Please be advised  that the University is closed the last week of December every year (December  24 - January 2). Every effort is made to send transcripts requested prior to  that date.

Please fill out a separate request form for every address to which a transcript must be sent. Send your transcript request to the following address:

Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University
Daytona Beach Campus
Attn: Records & Registration
600 S. Clyde Morris Blvd
Daytona Beach, FL 32114
Fax: 386-226-6335

Transcripts are not provided upon degree completion unless a written request indicating "hold for graduation posting" has been submitted. Transcripts can also be held for final grade posting at the end of the term/semester with a request indicating "hold for final grades."

Additional transcript request information may be obtained in the Office of Records and Registration during normal business hours, Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. Call (386) 226-6030 for more information.
