Colleague PIN Reset

The student PIN has been established to ensure that personal information retrieved via the web is accessed by the proper individual. It is similar to a bank ATM code. Each ERAU student is assigned a PIN prior to his or her enrollment. The initial PIN is temporary and should be changed. To change your PIN, login to Account Self-Services and click on Change PIN.

Disclosing your PIN to other individuals gives them access to your personal academic information. Be smart: keep your PIN to yourself. Certain safeguards are built-in to reduce the likelihood of your PIN being compromised. If someone tries to guess your PIN by repeatedly using different combinations, the PIN will be automatically disabled after more than three incorrect attempts.

If your PIN has been disabled please contact IT Support (386-226-6990). You may also request that your PIN be permanently disabled if you do not want to access to your personal information over the web.
