Academic Evaluation

An Academic Evaluation is an easy way to see how you are progressing toward degree completion. It will help you follow degree program requirements and register for the correct courses each semester. You are eligible for one evaluation per academic year. If you have not had an academic evaluation in one year or more, you should submit a Request for an Official Academic Evaluation online or download and print the PDF version. Beat the next semester crunch. Do it now!

If you want to change your degree program, see your Program Coordinator and obtain his/her signature. If you want to change your area of concentration (AOC), specialization or minor, you must do so in Records & Registration but a signature from your advisor or program coordinator is not required. An evaluation will be completed automatically when the request is received in our office. If you are processing an Off-Campus Petition or are submitting requests for transfer credit or advanced standing credit, your evaluation will be updated; it is not necessary to submit a separate request for an evaluation.
