Debit Accounts Information
What are EAGLE Dollars?
EAGLE Dollars is a prepaid debit account available to all cardholders.
What is a FLIGHT Account?
The Flight Account is a prepaid debit account. Funds in this
account are only accessible at the Flight Line Payment Station to pay
for flight activities.
How Do I open an EAGLE Dollars or Flight Account?
Your EAGLE Dollars and Flight accounts are
already open. You can deposit funds into your accounts at the locations
below. (Minimum deposit is $1. Telephone deposits are via credit cards
only. )

Cashier's Office: Monday - Friday 8:00am to 4:00pm.
Cash, checks, credit cards and student account transfers accepted.

Value Transfer Station (VTS): Available 24 hours
a day. Student Center Lobby/Student Village Commons. $1, $5, $10
and $20 bills accepted.

How can I obtain account information?
The card holder may request a statement of his/her EAGLE
Card transaction history at the EAGLE Card Center or
the Dining Services office.
What are my liabilities using the EAGLE Card?
You must present your EAGLE Card at the time
of the purchase in order to access EAGLE Dollars or
other accounts. The named card holder is responsible for all purchases
made and debited to his/her account(s). Upon request a card holder will
be provided a receipt at the time of purchase at any attended reader.
The EAGLE Card is considered legal tender if presented
as payment. Therefore, if your balance goes below zero on any account
as a result of the system being off-line, you are still responsible
for all purchases made.
Can I get a refund?
No withdrawals, transfers, or refunds are allowed at anytime
while enrolled at the University. Funds in either your Flight accounts
or EAGLE Dollars carry over from semester to semester
until you withdraw, graduate, or terminate employment with the University.
Verification is required. For students, all refundable money will be
credited to their student account. There is a $10 transaction fee. A
request for a refund must be submitted in writing to the EAGLE
Card Center located in Canaveral Hall. It takes a minimum of 24 hours
to process a refund and checks are sent within 30 days.
