The Residence Halls
The Embry-Riddle Daytona Beach campus has seven housing
communities, each with its own personality and traditions. Prices
reflect costs per semester for the 2008-2009 academic year.

Adams Hall is located
in the Student Village and is designated for freshmen. Two students
share each room and share bath facilities with an adjacent room.

Chanute Complex
is designated primarily for upper-class students and is approximately
1.5 miles south of the university campus. The complex offers a
furnished studio for one student; a one-bedroom apartment for
two students, or a two-bedroom apartment for two students.

Doolittle Hall
is typical of traditional university-style housing and is designated
for freshmen. Two students are assigned per furnished room. Four
rooms share a common bathroom facility.

McKay Hall
is typical of suite-style living and is designated for freshmen
students. Four students share a furnished suite, two students
per room with a private bath in each room.

O'Connor Hall
is located in the Student Village and is designated as mainly
for upper-class students. Students assigned to O'Connor Hall share
four bedroom apartments (two students share each bedroom), which
include two baths and a living/dining room.

Stimpson Hall
is located the Student Village and is designated as primarily
for upper-class students. Stimpson Hall offers efficiency apartments
for two students.

Wood Hall is located
in the Student Village and is for freshmen. Two students share
each room and share bath facilities with an adjacent room.

Apollo Hall The new facility is primarily for upperclass students
and is located near the new fitness center, pool and raquetball
courts. Four students share a two - bedroom, furnished suite
(two students per room).
