Academic Course Exchange (ACE) program

The Academic Course Exchange (ACE) program, offered by the five local colleges and universities that make up the Volusia/Flagler Consortium of Higher Education, allows students at the schools to enroll in, and transfer credit from, courses offered at other Consortium schools.

Credit for those courses is applied as open-elective credit to the student’s degree program at the home institution.

The Consortium schools are Bethune-Cookman College, Daytona Beach Community College, Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, Stetson University, and the University of Central Florida at Daytona Beach, all located in Volusia County.

After students complete one semester at their home institutions they are eligible to take one ACE course at another participating school per semester.
