An official evaluation of all previously completed college-level
course work will be forwarded to you indicating the courses for
which you will receive credit from Embry-Riddle.

High school transcript High school transcript
is required only for those who have earned fewer than 30 college
credit hours after graduating from high school.

$50 application fee
If you are applying online, you will be given the option to submit
your application fee electronically. If you are submitting a paper
application, include a check or money order made payable to Embry-Riddle
Aeronautical University. Please print your name and social security
number on the check and submit it with your application.

Letters of recommendation
Letters from your teachers, employers or a community leader can
address areas of your background that are not always evident in
your academic record. We suggest you submit two letters of recommendation.
Forms are available for your convenience and you can download
them here in PDF format. The forms are not required, letters
of recommendation submitted by your references are acceptable.

Resume
Though not required, we appreciate your employment and community
activities summarized in a resume format to include employment,
accomplishments, community activities, academic awards, honors,
hobbies, etc.

Admissions essay
While an essay is not required for admission, it may help us to
assess your qualilifications. You may include an essay when you
submit your application package.
Flight students must also submit a copy of their
FAA medical certificate before they may be enrolled in flight classes.
Although these medical certifications are not required for acceptance
to the University, we highly recommend that you secure your medical
certificate and submit it directly to the admissions office before you
