Expo Program Advertising and Sponsorship

Full-page, half-page and quarter-page advertising spots are available on our Expo Event Program. In addition, several sponsorship opportunities are available to exhibitors, including educational (co-op award contributions) and event (refreshment and breakfast) sponsorships. If you would like more information on how you can showcase your company at the Expo, please contact Adriana Hall at adriana.hall@erau.edu or 386-226-7018 for details.

Information Sessions

Exhibitors are invited to hold on-campus Information Sessions during the week of Expo. These presentations are a great way to provide students an opportunity to learn more about your company. Information sessions may be held November 3-5 on a first-come, first-serve basis depending on room availability. Information Sessions are typically held in the evening and vary from one to one and a half hour blocks. To schedule an information session, please contact Adriana Hall at adriana.hall@erau.edu or 386-226-7018.

On-Campus Interviews

Space to hold on-campus interviews will be available to all exhibitors on Friday, November 6 from 8 am to 5pm. Requests for on-campus interview space should be made at the time of registration via the EagleHire Network and will be handled on a first-come, first-serve basis and room availability.

Directions/Lodging

Directions to our campus and a listing of nearby lodging accommodations can be found here.

Parking Information

Exhibitor parking will be located at the ICI Center. Each registrant will receive a parking permit at check-in. Parking permits are to be displayed on vehicle dashboards at all times on Wednesday, November 4 and Thursday, November 5. Exhibitors conducting interviews on Friday, November 6 may utilize any available on-campus parking.

Staffing Your Booth/Alumni

We strongly encourage you to staff your booth from 10am to 3pm on Wednesday and 10am to 2pm on Thursday to best connect with our great group of constituents. Please note that checking in before 10am on Wednesday will allow you to be ready to meet our excited attendees when our doors open at 10am. Remember also that early check-in will be available starting on Tuesday at noon.

One of the best practices we recommend is the use of ERAU alumni in the recruiting process. If possible, select alumni to represent your company at this event.

Lunch Time

Lunch will be available for purchase throughout campus, including at the ICI Center's Lobby. Cash or credit card is accepted at all locations.

The EagleHire Network

We encourage employers to post positions for which they are recruiting on our EagleHire Network prior to arrival. This action will help you showcase those positions and increase student and alumni interest. You can access the EagleHire Network at http://erau.experience.com. This system will also help you manage interview schedules if you choose to hold on-campus interviews on Friday, November 6th. Our Career Services Staff can assist you with this process, so do not hesitate to contact us to get started. There is no fee for this service.
