Yellow Ribbon Scholarship Application
The VA will determine eligibility for the Post-9/11 GI Bill, and issue a Certificate of Eligibility. The Certificate of Eligibility will advise you if your service meets the requirements for the Yellow Ribbon Program. Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University has volunteered to participate in the Yellow Ribbon Program. Therefore, you must bring/send this application, the Certificate of Eligibility, and a request to certify enrollment to your campus Veterans' Program Administrator.
