Timothy Sham
Timothy Sham was elected to the Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University Board of Trustees in April 2011 as the student delegate for the Prescott campus. Tim serves on the Development and Student Life committees.
Tim was born in Hong Kong and grew up there until he reached fourteen years of age. Continuing his high school education in the United Kingdom, upon graduation, Tim began his university studies at Embry Riddle’s Daytona Beach campus. With his freshman year complete, Tim transferred to the Prescott, Arizona campus to continue his studies in Aerospace Engineering.
Once arriving at the Prescott Campus, Tim helped found "Task Force One", a liaison between first-year students and the Student Government Association. In addition to his involvement with Student Government, he is also involved as senior photographer for the Prescott campus' newspaper, Horizons.
During Tim's spare time, he enjoys outdoor activities such as swimming and hiking. Tim is also an accomplished flautist and concert pianist.
